Every project is quoted fixed-scope with milestones agreed up front. If scope changes, we re-quote before we work — never after.
Prepaid Odoo hours
Use a controlled bank of consulting hours for configuration, development, integrations, migration, reporting, training, and ongoing improvement. We confirm scope and provide estimates before work begins.

Final commercial terms, payment schedule, response targets, package validity, rollover, exclusions, third-party charges, and delivery schedule are confirmed in the proposal. Odoo licenses, hosting, paid applications, provider fees, and travel are not included unless stated.

An audit takes 1–2 weeks. A version migration usually takes 2–6 weeks depending on customizations. A full implementation typically runs 4–12 weeks. You'll get a specific timeline in your proposal.
Project work is split into milestones — you pay as agreed stages are delivered and accepted. Retainers are billed monthly. We never ask for 100% up front.
